There is a ruling class in my city, a union big-business class

They know they own the government and they think they own the rest of us

now I'm fed up - I've had enough

it's time to get independently tough

There's a ruling class in Canberra and we've got to bring it down

It's the CFMEU and Lendlease who lead that pack

they take all they can and give very little back

It's kids, carers and parents who pay the price

for secret agreements and rejected expert advice

but we can change the assembly

healthier educated children in the future, you see

to achieve this - please take a note

for worthy independents will all need your vote

If people are to win the democracy race

well  - the election's in October - so watch this space
