DESCRIPTION
A Search Conference is a participative planning method that enables people to create a plan for the most desirable future of their community or organisation, a plan they take responsibility for carrying out themselves. Search Conferences have been used around the world for more than 30 years and indeed have probably existed in one form or another as a means of discovering what is happening in a community. Although for many despotic people and times those on charge would like to tell people what is happening not ask.

We are on ngunnawal and ngambri land. They have been here for at least 20,000 years. They have had tens of thousands of leaders in that time. They survived until Europeans turned up and still survive in spite of everything. Europeans and other ethnic groups have been here for a few hundred years. Always worth acknowledging.
